Mahi-tini

OK, what goes with Gin? Lime, of course.

What do you get if you mix lime and raw fish? Seviche, of course.

Well, why not drink your gin and your fish at the same time?

Mahitini

Blend (you're going to need a BIG blender):
1 pound fresh mahi-mahi fillets
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 cup lemon juice
4 to 6 green chiles or raw jalapenos, chopped
1 small onion, diced
1 medium tomato, diced
1 teaspoon salt
Dash dried oregano
Dash dried basil

Add 4 cups crushed ice
1 bottle gin

Blend again.
serve up with an orange twist.
